The portal will provide the capability to access connected vehicle information and perform remote operations.
The solution developed by Reply will allow the call agents to support the final customer with all requests related to the connected vehicles operations, from initial enrollment to managing purchased subscriptions.
The solution would also allow the agents to perform remote operations, connectivity troubleshooting, check messages/warnings/status and recall information.
The solution developed by Reply uses Micro Services and AWS containers to call different sets of APIs (by Brand/Region) using a common UI / UX globally. This solution would allow for the optimization of the resources and scalability for region/brand according to the usage and needs.
