Our Global Issue Management System is acting as a centralized information hub.
It provides a highly integrated solution connected to warehouse management system, to achieve immediate lock/ real time update/ issue tracking on both central quality side and warehouse side, so that all players are aligned with full visibility to the issue status.

Solution

The system is focusing on automobile parts and service industry, specializing in quality control management. It has been built based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM product.
In order to improve the communication inefficiency between central quality team and each warehouse, we have enabled integrations to the warehouse management system (Click Reply WMS).
In addition, the system streamlines many business processes by customization. It helps the customer to achieve a higher performance for quality issue tracking.
