The customer required a single issue tracking solution to manage and communicate all product issues from identification through closure.

It was necessary to implement a global standard for issue management to maintain transparency and effective communication across all regions, business units and functional areas.

Reply supported the customer by developing a custom system leveraging Microsoft technologies on a .NET framework for global issue management.

Creation of this solution encouraged issue creation, resolution management, reporting, feed forward and read across activities in one central location with live multi-lingual capabilities to support its end users company wide.

Expansion of this system from the current production side of the business to onboarding the product development side, ensured issue tracking for every vehicle phase, from idea to mass production.
