Retail Reply helps John Lewis Infrastructure Services understand the IT landscape and produce strategy and plans to improve the service performance of the organisation, ultimately supporting John Lewis and Waitrose’s innovation and business transformation projects.

John Lewis Infrastructure Services is currently undergoing a significant transformation, as its IT leadership is driving significant change aimed at simplifying their technology estate and achieving more for less.

The organisation needed to develop a standard IT service offering that will provide the greatest value to the business, identifying the technologies they will need and what can be dismissed, as well as standardising all these assets is key for the organisation.

Retail Reply has been supporting John Lewis Infrastructure Services since 2013, providing them a framework in which to quickly size and design the environments required to support the projects in John Lewis and Waitrose, and providing the information John Lewis Infrastructure Services needs to make decisions and drive the organisation forward.
