In 2023, generative AI gained widespread attention, fueling a surge in investment expected to grow exponentially. Projections indicate that generative AI is expected to account for 12% of total AI investment by 2027, a significant increase from the current less than 1%.
NHS Blood and Transplant (NHSBT) saves lives through the management of blood donation and transplant services across England. Airwalk Reply supported NHSBT in achieving its strategic goals through problem discovery, opportunity identification, and actionable recommendations. This work helps ensure blood testing services continue to save lives nationwide.
Faced with a complex IT transformation, the Bank of England brought in Airwalk Reply to reset and deliver the programme. Through revised objectives, governance, and delivery frameworks, the team successfully modernised the Bank’s technology estate on schedule and within budget.
Airwalk Reply was selected as the lead delivery partner to design, build and run a greenfield, fully cloud-native digital platform to support the 750 users for a central government restoration project.
Launched in late 2022, the NHS 24 Online app has been transforming how people access healthcare information and services. With more than 20,000 downloads so far, the mobile app offers an alternative solution for people to find out about symptoms and understand the next steps for treatment.

This has involved a greenfield design and build of its digital platform, built entirely on the Microsoft and Azure stack, whilst integrating with a host of other technologies, including AWS.
