ESG - Doing our bit

We integrate sustainability into our strategy, governance and operations to support responsible growth and long-term value creation.

Driving sustainable progress through independent benchmarking

We are committed to transparency and continuous improvement, benchmarking our progress against leading international standards.
We have engaged with the United Nations Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, in order to achieve the Sustainable development Goals on Human Rights, Labor, Environment and Anti-Corruption. Reply adheres to the Global Compact by defining the most relevant objectives in its operations with its stakeholders.

Continuous improvement is only valuable when measured and benchmarked against external standards. Reply takes part in international ESG ratings, including CDP, EcoVadis, S&P, FTSE Russell, MSCI, EthiFinance, Sustainalytics, and the Technology Sustainability Index, to independently assess its performance. Benchmarking against these ratings helps make the sustainability approach structured, transparent, objective and data oriented, in a continuous improvement approach.

Environment:
An evolving journey

Embracing sustainable and green principles is not just a trend, it is a strategic decision that brings many advantages. We have set out guidelines that can positively affect the company’s impact on the environment and that can be applied in all our premises worldwide.

Environmental responsibility is an evolving journey. While we currently take accountability for our immediate footprint through certified offsetting, our focus is on actively developing a comprehensive, decarbonization plan.

Our decarbonization approach

Our overarching environmental objective is to minimize the footprint of our operations. To achieve this, we follow a sequential, measured and transparent approach. For further details see the Consolidated Sustainability Statement in the latest Annual Financial Report.
