The solution uses BrickCognitive’s manufacturing knowledge graph to connect production orders, materials, resources, routing logic and execution status into a shared operational context. Specialized AI agents reason across this context to detect bottlenecks, dependencies, shortages and producibility issues, turning fragmented signals into actionable recommendations.

For example, when a production order changes or new product variants are introduced, the agents can verify whether the required parts, configurations and factory conditions are correctly aligned. If a risk is detected, the solution suggests corrective actions such as setup revisions, resource adjustments or MES configuration updates.

By connecting to existing factory systems, Production Flow Advisor does not replace the manufacturing landscape already in place. It makes it more intelligent—adding a cognitive layer that helps teams interpret operational signals, understand process dependencies and take faster decisions across production, planning and shop-floor execution.
