Syskoplan Reply and Vorwerk strengthen direct sales with digital assistants
Syskoplan Reply, a specialist in tailored SAP solutions, is supporting Vorwerk in strengthening the international direct sales of its premium kitchen appliance Thermomix and its established Kobold vacuum cleaners through digital innovation. The new assistants VORyou and VORleads, integrated into the sales app, are both based on the SAP Business Technology Platform and enable sales teams to act more efficiently and with greater precision in their day to day work, while preserving the personal customer interaction that defines Vorwerk.
VORyou supports advisors throughout the entire sales presentation, for example during the popular Thermomix parties held in customers’ kitchens. The app creates a modern and engaging sales experience through product videos, images and interactive presentations. Customer feedback and orders can be captured directly within the app, simplifying and accelerating the process.
In the background, VORleads ensures a structured approach to customer engagement. The application manages customer contacts, automatically assigns leads and provides reminders for upcoming tasks. This allows Vorwerk advisors to maintain a clear overview at all times and spend more time on personal conversations. VORleads reduces administrative effort and enables straightforward and professional customer management.
The SAP based solution is now successfully deployed in five countries and supports Vorwerk in further developing its proven sales model with modern solutions.
