 Announced during the AWS Partner Summit in Milan, the Regional AWS Partner Awards recognize AWS Partners that have embraced specialization, innovation, and cooperation over the past year. Regional AWS Partner Awards recognize partners whose business models continue to evolve and thrive on AWS as they support their customers

 The award reflects the journey Reply has built on AWS technologies through the expertise of Storm Reply, Data Reply and Sense Reply, which integrate cloud transformation, data platforms, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI into enterprise-ready solutions. For Aeroporti di Roma, Storm Reply supported the redesign of the passenger experience through a virtual assistant based on Agentic AI and Generative AI, available via website and WhatsApp. Built on a serverless multi-agent architecture designed with AWS services, the solution uses Amazon Bedrock for model orchestration and Amazon OpenSearch Serverless to enable semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, providing multichannel, multilingual and personalized support on flight information and airport services. In the insurance sector, Storm Reply contributed to the development of a new omnichannel Contact Center model based on Amazon Connect and enhanced by AI capabilities, bringing voice, chat, email and SMS into a single intelligent interface and introducing automation for recurring requests, AI support for agents, Workforce Management, automated outbound campaigns and intelligent routing based on sentiment analysis.
