Reply at Microsoft Frontier Tour 2026: Deploying AI agents securely across the enterprise

Reply [EXM, STAR: REY] will be present at the Microsoft Frontier Tour on 22 October 2026 in Cologne, showcasing how companies can move AI agents from individual pilot projects into production and scale their use. Cluster Reply and WM Reply will use practical applications to demonstrate how agents support business processes and knowledge work, highlighting the requirements for secure deployment across the enterprise.

Cluster Reply will focus on AI agents in operational business processes. Process and task mining help identify bottlenecks and areas where agents can deliver tangible benefits. Using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Copilot Studio, these agents can then be integrated into existing workflows, including customer service, claims management, risk assessment, compliance and back-office operations. A project for financial services provider Riverty demonstrates the measurable impact of this approach: an omnichannel contact centre implemented within 100 days reduced the average handling time per case by 35 per cent.

Cluster Reply will also illustrate this approach in the session “AI you can rely on” at 12:40 p.m. Using a public-sector funding application as an example, the experts will demonstrate how an AI agent reviews submitted documents and prepares a decision brief with clear supporting reasoning. Similar principles can be applied to document- and rule-based processes in other industries.

WM Reply will focus on the digital workplace. Microsoft 365 Copilot and agents bring AI capabilities directly into employees’ applications and workflows. They can draw on information from different company sources and provide relevant knowledge in the context of the task at hand, without employees having to switch between applications.

As these agents grow in number and become more autonomous, governance becomes increasingly important. Companies need to control which data and systems agents can access, what actions they can perform and how their activities can be traced. Microsoft Agent 365 provides a central management and governance layer for this purpose. Reply helps companies integrate this layer into their existing data, security and application environments.
