Modernizing the First-Level Hotline: Storm Reply demonstrates the migration of traditional infrastructures to Amazon Connect. The solution combines core features such as intelligent routing with an AI voice bot that independently resolves common customer inquiries. Using Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), the bot accesses a verified knowledge base to provide consistent responses. For issues—particularly complex edge cases—that cannot be resolved by the bot, the matter is escalated to human agents, along with the full conversation context, through the fully automated creation of a ticket in the Bosch backend.
 

Multilingual AI Voice Bots in Logistics: A second showcase presents multilingual voice assistants for the mobility and logistics sectors. Using a project for truck parking reservations as an example, it demonstrates how AI agents assist callers in various languages with questions regarding capacity, prices, or directions. This enables the international scaling of the service offering and reduces operational overhead in regions with different local languages.
