Cluster Reply and WM Reply among the first Microsoft partners in EMEA to support businesses in adopting Microsoft 365 E7

Reply [EXM, STAR: REY], through the expertise of Cluster Reply and WM Reply, is among the first Microsoft partners in EMEA to support organisations in adopting Microsoft 365 E7, the Frontier Suite that brings together productivity, AI, security and identity in a single platform. The capabilities of the new suite and how organisations can adopt it were at the heart of “AI Frontier: from Vision to E7”, the first event organised by Reply and Microsoft in Italy entirely dedicated to Microsoft 365 E7. Held at the Envisioning Theater at Microsoft House in Milan, the event brought together CIOs, IT managers and leaders in security and innovation.

Microsoft 365 E7 brings together Microsoft 365 E5, Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft Agent 365 in a single offering, combining productivity, AI, security and governance. Copilot brings AI into everyday work, while Agent 365 enables agents to be managed securely and with appropriate controls. The result is an environment in which people and agents can work together in line with the organisation’s existing security and compliance standards, with people remaining firmly in control.

Moving from pilot projects to production remains one of the key challenges for organisations. Discussions with customers at the event provided insights into the current state of AI adoption: 95% of participants said they were already seeing the impact of AI, while 57% reported that their organisations were still at the pilot stage, and only 3% had integrated AI into core business processes. Governance, security and agent control were also identified as priorities by 49% of participants, highlighting the importance of linking AI adoption to measurable outcomes and an appropriate governance framework.

Cluster Reply and WM Reply support organisations throughout the entire adoption journey, from preparing data and processes and selecting use cases to building agents, defining security and compliance frameworks, and establishing continuous monitoring. The aim is to prevent duplication, agents with unclear accountability, excessive access permissions and uncontrolled costs, making AI adoption sustainable and well-governed at enterprise scale.

During the event, Microsoft, Cluster Reply and WM Reply presented the vision behind Frontier Transformation and explored how AI can be integrated into business processes in a secure and well-governed way, drawing on customer experiences. The sessions covered Copilot and Work IQ, Agent 365 as a single management and governance hub for AI agents, and the role of Purview and Entra in protecting data, identities and AI interactions.
