The AGM call notice is published in the Italian daily newspaper MF on 23 March 2022. The explanatory Memorandum will include:
- Annual Financial Report.
1.a Examination and approval of Financial Statements at 31 December 2021.
1.b Destination of the net result for the financial year 2021. - Authorisation to buy and sell treasury shares.
- Compensation report.
