The Launchpad follows a practical three-step approach:
1. Business case refinement
On Day 1, we sharpen the scope of your use case, define a feasible approach on AWS, and clarify the key data, architecture, and constraints.
2. Technical quick wins
On Day 2, we move from planning to first concrete implementation steps. The goal is to identify what can be built quickly and what is needed to move forward.
3. AWS-funded implementation
Selected use cases may receive AWS-funded expert implementation support after the Launchpad. This can help you continue building without immediately draining your own budget.

The Launchpad is not a generic GenAI presentation or pitch event. It is a hands-on working format focused on helping you turn a promising GenAI idea into a clear, buildable next step.
Who should apply?
The Launchpad is designed for start-ups that:
• are legally founded
• have first customers or clear market validation
• have a concrete GenAI use case or strong GenAI idea
• can commit time during and after the workshop
• want to move from concept to implementation
You do not need a finished prototype or architecture. A clear business problem and the motivation to build are enough. Existing AWS usage is helpful but not required.
Before the workshop, we will schedule an introductory session with your team. In this session, we will get to know your startup, discuss your GenAI use case, explain the format, and jointly assess whether the Launchpad is a good fit. NDA requirements can also be discussed where needed.
Please note that the NDA must be signed before Day 1 of the workshop, as it is a mandatory prerequisite for attendance.
