Experience Live Drone-Powered Inventory Automation at LogiMAT

The drone-based inventory management solution is designed for both indoor and outdoor warehouses, leveraging DJI Enterprise drones. It offers a fully integrated connection to the LEA Reply™ WMS, enabling real-time transmission of location codes, LHM codes, position data, timestamps, and status information. At our booth, you will have the opportunity to experience first-hand how an inventory drone is remotely controlled, carrying out the entire inventory process in real time – from mission initiation to the automated update of stock records within the WMS.

Autonomous inventory works as follows: Inventory missions are planned directly within the LEA Reply™ WMS, where users define the warehouse areas to be checked and launch the mission with just a few clicks. The drone then autonomously navigates to the specified storage locations, scans barcodes and labels, captures positions and images, and transmits all relevant data directly to LEA Reply™ via standardized REST APIs. The WMS instantly reconciles the captured information with target stock levels, flags any discrepancies, and makes the results immediately available for further processing and analysis. As a result, inventory cycles become seamless, precise, and largely automated.

Meet us our experts on site at booth 4B52 in hall 4.

Discover how drones and LEA Reply™ WMS can transform your inventory process.

Your benefits at a glance

Significantly shorter inventory intervals

Compared to manual outdoor warehouse inventories, the drone solution enables daily inventory checks within minutes, instead of hours or days of inspections.

Early and precise inventory accuracy

Automated counting prevents stock shortages and eliminates human error.

Safety in the warehouse

Automated inventory counting with drones reduces risky walking distances, working at heights, and the use of forklifts in confined areas, thereby significantly increasing safety in everyday warehouse operations.

Traceable processes

Each drone mission is fully logged with timestamps, flight paths, captured images, and data transfers to the WMS, providing audit-proof evidence of inventory accuracy and process compliance.

Targeted tracking

Georeferenced object assignment on maps and segments always shows exactly where each inventory item is located.

More than just inventory

Autonomous Reply's solution goes far beyond simple inventory recording: it not only identifies stock levels, but also potential damage or safety risks in the warehouse.
