Iriscube Reply attended Finovate Europe 2026, held on 10–11 February at the InterContinental O2 in London. As one of the leading events in financial technology (fintech), Finovate brings together innovators, financial institutions and technology providers to explore the future of banking and digital finance.
During the event, Iriscube Reply delivered a featured speaking session titled “Special Address – From Interfaces to Understanding: The Future of Mobile Banking with Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI).” The session explored how Generative AI is transforming mobile banking from static interfaces into intelligent, adaptive experiences.

Salvatore Vitobello, Lead at Iriscube Reply, who brings over eight years of experience in fintech, specialising in mobile architecture, innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies. Salvatore leads complex technical initiatives for large-scale digital banking platforms, focusing on scalable, user-centric mobile solutions enhanced by Generative AI.
Luca Perino, Partner at Iriscube Reply, an expert in omnichannel digital banking with more than twelve years of experience in financial services. Luca leads channel transformation programmes and has extensive expertise in designing advanced mobile banking solutions. He collaborates with leading Italian banks and is responsible for the development of Intesa’s mobile banking app, recognised by Forrester as the Best App in the World.
At Finovate, Iriscube Reply showcased a live demonstration illustrating the evolution of conversational banking. The demo explored two key dimensions:
How customers can interact with their bank through voice, text and gestures.
How banks can dynamically communicate with customers through user interfaces generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI), tailored to behaviour, time, location and contextual data.
Using predefined personas, attendees experienced how future mobile banking applications can adapt in real time to individual user needs, moving from simple interaction to true understanding.
