For over 4 years, Triplesense Reply has been collaborating with Eden Viaggi, evolving the creative platform "Incredibile ma Eden." For 2026, the goal is to enhance the emotional value of a vacation that is easy to organize and beautiful to experience.
The simple vacation that takes the stress out of booking.
Eden Viaggi, a brand of Alpitour World, is among the leading Italian tour operators. Its positioning is based on an idea of a reliable, uncomplicated vacation, told with an ironic and recognizable language.
This positioning in the current context is more relevant than ever: planning a vacation today, in fact, is anything but simple. Most people in Italy report finding at least one phase of the booking process stressful.
For 2026, the goal of the new campaign is to enhance the emotional value of an Eden vacation: not only easy to book, but also beautiful to experience. Hence, the choice to focus on relaxed and vibrant atmospheres. Starring: a close-knit group of friends dealing with a strange “absence”.
Four films with an ironic tone, in an omnichannel communication that enhances the brand's no-frills positioning.
Creative concept and strategic approach
The project unfolds across four ironic films and in an omnichannel communication. The key concept is “You’re the missing piece”.
A group of friends is on vacation, enjoying relaxation and fun, but in every situation, there’s something off: an empty spot. The ending reveals the surreal twist: the absent friend didn’t choose Eden Viaggi and is still at home, trapped in endless online searches to plan their vacation.
The contrast between those already at the beach and those in the midst of stress highlights the brand's promise: selected flights and hotels and 24/7 assistance, for a simple and hassle-free planning. Because, as the tagline says, “If you choose Eden Viaggi, the vacation starts earlier”.
To define the project strategy, Triplesense Reply analyzed both the market data on “pre-vacation fatigue,” as well as the results of a study on the previous ad, also by Triplesense Reply, which had achieved high levels of engagement and awareness. Starting from these insights, it consolidated the brand's positioning, expanding the creative territory of “zero worries” and putting all the emotion of an Eden trip.
A coherent and scalable communication system
Building a consistent and scalable omnichannel communication system, Triplesense Reply studied every phase of the project, from strategic and creative concept to video script, from key visuals to digital and social campaign.
The ads, developed in multiple subjects, were planned on the main TV channels, connected TV and digital platforms, with a dedicated social presence for both the B2C and B2B markets (travel agencies). The video production is by Akita Film, directed by Tommy Bertè.
Consistency of a brand system built over time
The campaign has been on air since February 2026. The first commercial of the series debuted on major national TV channels and digital platforms, confirming the strength of a creative platform that evolves while remaining recognizable.
Eden Viaggi's decision to reconfirm Triplesense Reply for the fourth consecutive year represents a strategic partnership that produces value over time, campaign after campaign.
