Reply supports UK Public Sector within the Technology Services 3 framework

Airwalk Reply and Glue Reply, part of Reply Ltd, have been named as suppliers on Crown Commercial Services’ new framework: Technology Services 3 (TS3), which allows UK Public Sector organisations to procure cost-effective IT services.

Following the success of its previous iteration (TS2) where public institutions have been able to purchase technology services, from strategy and service design through transition to operational running of an IT estate – totalling a spend of over £400m – TS3 provides an even more comprehensive framework.

The Reply companies will be able to support organisations directly via:

  • Lot 1 – Technology Strategy and Service Design
  • Lot 2 – Transition and Transformation
  • Lot 3a – End User Services
  • Lot 3b – Operational Management
  • Lot 3c – Technical Management
  • Lot 3d – Application and Data Management
  • Lot 4 – Major Service Transformation Programmes

Airwalk Reply and Glue Reply have a successful track record of delivering complex technology transformation programmes in the Public Sector, helping organisations innovate and extract maximum value from technology.

“We are really proud that our presence on TS3 will allow us to assist even more parts of the UK public sector to realise their Digital vison and exploit contemporary technologies to provide better, cheaper, sustainable services for UK citizens.” said Jason Hill, Executive Partner at Reply.
