Reply Digital Experience maintains second place in digital services revenue ranking

Reply - Digital Experience Agency and Group of Companies once again achieved double-digit growth in the past financial year and reclaimed the second place in this year's Internet Agency Ranking of the Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft (BVDW).

Reply - Digital Experience's top ranking demonstrates the company's success in providing cutting-edge technology solutions, creative agency services and effective customer experience strategies for their customers. Revenue growth is in line with the increase in headcount and is purely organic.

Demand for generative AI solutions has increased massively over the past financial year - and is therefore partly responsible for the growth. "Our customers are focusing on investing in new technologies and AI-based business models. After all, designing personalised customer experiences is no longer possible without the use of AI. It can be used to automate processes, make targeted use of data and develop modern customer experiences. In the past year, we have already implemented various generative AI assets that are used in areas such as software development, knowledge management and social media," shared Dr. Thomas Hartmann, board member at Reply.
