Marazzi Selects LEA Reply™ WMS for the Evolution of Its Warehouse Operations

Logistics Reply announces that Marazzi has selected LEA Reply™ WMS to support the progressive evolution of its warehouse management processes within the CerEU perimeter.

The project, now in its initial phase, marks the beginning of a collaboration aimed at developing an innovative warehouse management framework. Logistics Reply and Marazzi teams are working together to define a common template built around Marazzi's operational requirements, intended to be progressively adapted to the different operating environments within the perimeter. The aim is to combine operational consistency with the flexibility required by Marazzi's manufacturing network.

The project will take into account the specific characteristics of the ceramic sector, such as the management of finished goods, samples and large-format products. The capabilities to be introduced include operational planning, task prioritization and dynamic activity assignment, designed to support smarter workforce organization and more efficient day-to-day execution.

LEA Reply™ WMS will be integrated into Marazzi's existing operational and technology landscape, including the automated and robotic processes currently in use, with the objective of managing manual and automated activities within a single system, across both traditional and automated sites. Over the longer term, the platform is also designed to accommodate new robotic technologies and multi-automation scenarios as part of the future evolution of Marazzi's operations.

By bringing together Logistics Reply's digital expertise and Marazzi's operational experience, the initiative will support the ongoing evolution of the company's logistics operations, as the first step of a shared journey towards a consistent and flexible foundation for its warehouse management.
