Reply showcases AI solutions for the factory of the future at Hannover Messe 2026

Reply [EXM, STAR: REY] will be presenting its end-to-end automation solutions for industry at Hannover Messe 2026, a leading international event for production and manufacturing. From 20 to 24 April, the company will demonstrate real-world applications showing how AI can be integrated securely and at scale into existing production environments. Across presentations and demos by Storm Reply, Data Reply, Spike Reply and Comsysto Reply, the focus will be on industrial data, cybersecurity and IT/OT integration.

Real-time production data: AI for faster, more reliable decisions

At the AWS booth (Hall 15, Booth D76), Storm Reply will map out the industrial data journey from edge devices to the cloud. An interactive demo will illustrate how AI models analyse production data in real time, improving visibility into plant conditions and supporting faster, better-informed decisions that can help reduce downtime.

Also at the AWS booth, Data Reply will host a presentation titled "From Factory Floor to Cloud: Scaling Manufacturing Data" on 22 April (2:30 pm - 2:45 pm). The session will explore how to transform curated datasets into scalable, event-driven products for AI applications, highlighting the tangible benefits for manufacturing firms.

Securing the connected factory: AI-powered cybersecurity in action

As connectivity and automation expand, so does the potential attack surface. At the Industrial Security Circus (Hall 26, Booth F06/1), Spike Reply will show how companies can secure production environments in line with IEC 62443, with a focus on AI-enabled threat detection, network segmentation and support for compliance with the EU NIS2 Directive. In the presentation "Catch Me If You Can! Cyber Attacks – Simple Detection Techniques" on 22 April (10:00 am - 10:15 am) in Hall 26, Solution Lab, the team will further explore practical approaches to detecting cyber attacks in industrial environments.

IT meets OT: breaking down production silos with AI

Unlocking new automation potential requires seamless workflows across system boundaries. At the InterSystems booth (Hall 15, Booth H57), Comsysto Reply will demonstrate how to connect IT and OT through end-to-end automated processes and sovereign AI at critical interfaces, helping improve coordination across production environments.

Extending this data-driven approach beyond the production floor, Comsysto Reply will also present a completed project in digital sales. In a fireside chat on 21 April (AWS booth, 4:00 pm to 4:15 pm), the team will explain how an AI-powered, cloud-native platform supports data-driven decisions and automates workflows, creating greater transparency and scalable support for sales operations.

At Hannover Messe 2026, Reply will highlight how AI, industrial data platforms, cybersecurity and IT/OT integration can support more resilient, efficient and scalable production environments.
