Reply is a partner of the Green & Blue Festival 2026, the premier event bringing together scientists, institutions, businesses, and citizens to accelerate the ecological transition. This year’s motto confronts us with a crucial, shared challenge: "The future of the climate depends on individual choices. The question is: WHAT CAN WE DO FOR THE PLANET?"

In this scenario, Artificial Intelligence immediately positions itself as a strong enabler of sustainability, provided we concretely address the environmental footprint of its design and usage, from generative models to data centers. AI is not a standalone solution, but a fundamental tool that must be combined with profound human and behavioral transformation to orchestrate the complexity of the new energy ecosystem.

On June 5 at 3:20 PM, during the panel "AI, companies, and citizens: the reinvention of energy" (moderated by Andrea Frollà), Andrea Ranchino, Partner at Sense Reply, will take the stage.

The session will explore how the traditional, linear energy model is giving way to a distributed and bidirectional ecosystem. Behind every photovoltaic plant, battery, or electric vehicle lies an "invisible layer" of software, data, and IoT platforms. Andrea Ranchino will detail how AI allows us to orchestrate this volatility in real time, transforming citizens and businesses from passive consumers into active, flexible nodes of the smart grid.
