Fraunhofer IML once again confirms the efficiency of LEA Reply™ – AI assistants set new standards in warehouse management
The Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) has validated Logistics Reply’s warehouse management system (WMS) LEA Reply™ for the sixth consecutive time in 2025. The cloud-native platform met all of the roughly 3,000 evaluation criteria and thus continues to be listed on the “Warehouse Logistics” IT portal – one of the most important comparison databases for modern warehouse management systems.
The independent audit follows a standardised procedure and assesses, among other factors, functional depth, system architecture and flexibility of use. This year, particular attention was given to AI functionalities. With “GaliLEA”, the AI platform fully integrated into LEA Reply™, users benefit from specialised assistants that significantly simplify and accelerate day-to-day warehouse operations, leading to sustainable reductions in operating costs. Among them is the “Smart Search” agent, which enables natural-language data queries, as well as other agents that automate recurring tasks with precision.
"GaliLEA" is already considered a best practice in the application of AI for warehouse management. Fraunhofer therefore plans to introduce additional evaluation criteria for AI models in the future, building on the standards established by Logistics Reply with LEA Reply™.
The renewed validation highlights that investments in AI and in the platform’s modular architecture are delivering tangible results in daily warehouse operations – and that Logistics Reply continues to strengthen its technological leadership in warehouse management.
