Road to Xchange 2026

The demo area of Xchange is the experiential heart of the event: a space where technology, creativity, and business come together to create concrete solutions.

Xchange will take place on May 13 and 14 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with two days entirely dedicated to the demo area and live experiences.


On May 12 at 6:00 PM, an exclusive preview of the demo area is also scheduled for a selected group of clients where attendance is required to showcase your solutions. Your booth must be ready and staffed by 5:30 PM - We recommend that a Partner be present!

Area Organization

The demo area is organized into thematic booths, each dedicated to a specific solution or application scenario that this year are:

  • Agentic Commerce & Customer Experience

  • AI for Software

  • AI for Data

  • Autonomous Operations

  • Creative AI & Generative Experiences

  • Physical AI

  • Others (fAIthful Game, Rose, Sally, Neurons bar, Inside the AI Factory, Neurons)

The day of the event

During all days, it is essential to ensure a constant presence at your demo booth from 8:30 AM to 7 PM.

Each station must be constantly staffed from opening to closing, with a maximum of 2 people per demo, for each day.

For each day of participation, you will also have a dedicated t-shirt that will be delivered to you on the setup days.

This year we will also have demo tours, 30-minute sessions dedicated to clients for a specific area and led by our partners.

Setup May 11-12

Booth setup this year is scheduled across the full days of the 11th and 12th.

Contents & Videos

Once again this year, on-site video recordings will be made in the days leading up to the event, with the aim of showcasing the demos and highlighting them even after the event has taken place.

The format involves a dynamic video featuring you speaking on camera, accompanied by supporting visual content, such as screen recordings of the solution, footage of robots, devices or other materials useful for demonstrating the demo. During the recording, you will have approximately 30 minutes at your disposal: for this reason, we recommend that you prepare in advance and arrive with a clear and natural presentation, in addition to the demo recording already available.

The final script must be shared by 5 May.

NB: not all demos will be recorded; you will receive a specific notification.

Next Steps

In the coming days, dedicated alignment calls will be organized for each demo, to define content, messages, and presentation methods.


In the meantime, we ask you to complete the form by Monday 27th at 12:00 PM, so that we can proceed with the organization.
