Road to Xchange 2026
The demo area of Xchange is the experiential heart of the event: a space where technology, creativity, and business come together to create concrete solutions.
Xchange will take place on May 13 and 14 from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with two days entirely dedicated to the demo area and live experiences.
On May 12 at 6:00 PM, an exclusive preview of the demo area is also scheduled for a selected group of clients where attendance is required to showcase your solutions. Your booth must be ready and staffed by 5:30 PM.
Area Organization
The demo area is organized into thematic booths, each dedicated to a specific solution or application scenario that this year are:

Creative AI & Generative Experiences
Physical AI
Others (fAIthful Game, Rose, Sally, Neurons bar, Inside the AI Factory, Neurons)
The day of the event
During all days, it is essential to ensure a constant presence at your demo booth from 8:30 AM to 7 PM.
Each station must be constantly staffed from opening to closing, with a maximum of 2 people per demo, for each day.
For each day of participation, you will also have a dedicated t-shirt that will be delivered to you on the setup days.
This year we will also have demo tours, 30-minute sessions dedicated to clients for a specific area and led by our partners. There will be 7 tours per day.
Setup May 11-12
The setup of the booths is scheduled for the two days before the event; in the coming days, a detailed calendar with the setup slots, will be shared to allow everyone to organize themselves better.

In the coming days, dedicated alignment calls will be organized for each demo, to define content, messages, and presentation methods.
