Reply is partnering with VISTA, the Applied Master in Tech for Good Entrepreneurship & Innovation delivered by École des Ponts Business School, for a dedicated masterclass on how to turn “impact” from a declared ambition into a real strategic decision engine.
Today, many organisations claim impact, but struggle to operationalise it. ESG becomes a reporting exercise, Net Zero is simplified into slogans, and intentions can replace difficult decisions.
This session looks at impact where it matters most: in judgement, trade offs and decision making under pressure and uncertainty.
Real Cases, Interactive Challenge: Inside the Masterclass
The masterclass will be led by Manaëlle Perchet, ESG, Sustainable IT & Ethical AI Reputation Manager at Reply and one of the Top 35 Sustainability Leaders, in conversation with Martin Calnan, VISTA co director and chaired professor of the UNESCO Chair on the Future of Finance at École des Ponts Business School.
Based on real cases, participants will explore what it takes to move from declared impact to impact that is operational, defensible and embedded in business decisions. An interactive challenge will invite VISTA participants to stress test their own ventures, making visible the trade offs and power dynamics that leaders must be ready to navigate.
