An interactive journey into Agentic AI

Step into the future of customer experience at Nova’s Solar venue with an interactive workshop that puts agentic AI to work. Together, with Open Reply, we’ll imaging how Agentic AI is transforming customer engagement from intelligent Digital Concierges, to emotionally expressive Digital Humans. We will bring those ideas to life with examples and hands on experiments and we will take a look at and use accelerators that can cut time-to-market.

We’ll wrap things up with drinks, bites, and big ideas shared over aperitivo.
