A Hands-On, Guided Workshop Experience
Participants are invited to bring their own PoC idea, feature concept, or migration scenario. During the session, we will work through the full lifecycle: refining requirements, generating architecture scaffolding, implementing core logic, creating automated tests, setting up CI/CD elements, and embedding governance considerations.
AI coding agents (e.g., Codex) will be used as development accelerators as an enabler within a broader SDLC transformation context.
