An intelligent system for automated vision

Automated Visual Inspection integrates a library of Computer Vision algorithms and Generative AI technologies. It offers advanced features for the detection and anonymization of people and vehicles, as well as for the reading and analysis of critical industrial components such as pressure gauges, digital displays, fire extinguishers, switches, pipelines and other specific assets.
The solution is designed to analyze images and video streams, in real time or deferred, coming from the customer’s systems and made available by the existing infrastructure. Data can come from any device equipped with a camera, such as drones, robots, rovers, smartphones, CCTV systems, thermal cameras and other existing sensors, without the need for technological replacement.

Thanks to artificial intelligence technologies, Automated Visual Inspection automates the analysis of incoming streams, increasing the precision and efficiency of inspections and enabling the timely identification of anomalies and non-conformities, with the consequent rapid activation of appropriate mitigation actions.

Detection of the presence and location of people and vehicles in specific areas, identification of intrusions by unauthorized personnel in restricted or sensitive zones, and application of face, silhouette, and license plate anonymization techniques to protect privacy. This function enhances security, optimizes logistical planning, and ensures compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Work safety monitoring
and emergency management

Detection of the presence of PPE (helmets, vests), fire extinguishers, and traffic cones, as well as risky behaviors - such as entering restricted areas - and identification of people on the ground to trigger timely alarms.
