The release of the new 1.10 version of Reply’s proprietary platform designed for Social Media introduces innovative features which benefit both the 100,000 corporate users and community managers.
Reply, a company specialising in the design and implementation of solutions based on new communication channels and digital media, announces the launch of the new 1.10 TamTamy version, the proprietary platform providing corporate social networking.
Available as Software as a Service (SaaS), TamTamy (www.tamtamy.com) facilitates the creation of corporate, professional and consumer communities, instigating active participation of those involved, the sharing of individual knowledge, collaboration and new forms of communication.
A new user interface that ensures a completely novel and customisable user experience; closer attention to detail, consequently enhancing the community user experience and conversations, allowing for greater integration.
The sharing page was also restyled with this aim, and now, thanks to in-context suggestions, it helps the user to load contents and feed into conversations, turning conversation into content. In order to better follow content or opinions of interest, the new TamTamy version allows you to display all conversations that you have joined on a single page and alerts you to all new community activity or to activity connected to persons and themes of particular interest.
By analysing user behaviour, TamTamy is also able to propose new content and suggest new affiliations based on shared skills or interests; in this way, the “intelligence” of the platform grows alongside the community.
TamTamy chat has also been given an overhaul; it is based on the same technology as Facebook™ and Google Talk™, in order to allow the user to communicate with the community even when using existing PC or mobile device client servers.
It is all change for Community Managers too; thanks to the graphic charts and statistics, they can directly view the progress governing every single subject. A clear indication of interaction levels, interests and active collaboration within the community can be achieved, so that long-term development can be analysed in addition to how best to handle resulting situations. Community Managers can also mark selected content as “featured”; this special content is intended to influence public interest.
