Valorem Reply’s Digital Twin Experience for HoloLens available worldwide

Valorem Reply, a Microsoft Gold Partner and specialist in digital transformation, is making its IoT Digital Twin Experience available, in cooperation with Microsoft, in over twenty Microsoft Technology Centers (MTC) worldwide. Visitors to selected MTCs can experience how a solution combining IoT, AI and Digital Twin technology can help reduce production downtime, improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and train employees.

With Valorem Reply’s solution, based on HoloLens, the digital twin as a virtual image of a physical object or process takes on a three-dimensional form in extended reality, which always reflects the current reality by integrating IoT data.

Digital Twins can be used for a variety of different tasks such as life cycle documentation, simulations, data modeling, model synchronization, visualization, monitoring, analysis or control. With Valorem Reply’s solution, thanks to a real-time telemetry data transfer to the digital model, any problems occurring in machines or processes are immediately visible to all those involved. Employees can be trained in the operation and maintenance of objects independent of location and without the need for physical presence. Even repairs can be carried out in part, directly on the mirrored device.
