Additionally, the numerous benefits of integrating AI agents into e-commerce platforms will be explored, including:

Through the integration of AI, we have been able to detect fraud with high precision, ensuring extremely rapid response times while preserving a smooth and uninterrupted user experience. Additionally, we will delve into the key technological advancements underlying the system, the challenges posed by the introduction of PSD2 regulations, the benefits of adopting machine learning models, and the scalable, interoperable architecture built to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructures.
In recent years, many companies have outsourced the management of their IT systems, losing control over technical and functional knowledge. This has slowed innovation and created lock-in, particularly in business integration systems, which often rely on expensive, proprietary legacy solutions like Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), which centralize communication between applications. In this session, we will explore how Generative Artificial Intelligence is transforming this landscape by simplifying and accelerating the migration from legacy systems to modern cloud-native architectures. We will explore how the latest key technologies offered by Google Cloud – particularly the Agent Development Kit (ADK), the Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol, and the Agent Engine, together with support for Anthropic's MCP – provide the foundation for transforming the existing system into a more powerful and responsive tool. Furthermore, the system ensures that clients and advisors have immediate access to the most recent information regarding funds and other strategic topics, improving the quality and timeliness of support. This approach represents a paradigm shift compared to traditional chatbots: no longer just simple response tools, but true digital assistants capable of supporting intelligent, flexible, and data-driven conversations, redefining the way users interact with the ARCA Fondi SGR digital ecosystem.
