Towards a smarter and more efficient training
Digit’Ed, a benchmark for corporate training in Italy, transforms the needs of organisations into tailored learning experiences. It does this by leveraging a solid wealth of skills, cutting-edge technologies, and a constantly evolving network of partners to support each entity in its growth.
To make administrative processes more agile and responsive, a solution was needed to automate repetitive tasks, simplify interaction with systems, and ensure operational continuity. All of this without ever compromising security and reliability.
The solution
An intelligent conversational assistant to simplify registrations
Storm Reply has developed an AI Assistant for Digit’Ed that simplifies the management of registrations in a conversational manner, ensuring security and efficiency. The solution is integrated within OpenLearning©, Digit’Ed's proprietary Learning Management System (LMS), designed to support structured, scalable, and data-driven onboarding paths. Based on generative AI, the assistant interprets requests in natural language and automates the end-to-end process, integrating with Digit’Ed's systems for access to the database (users, courses, training entities, and registrations). During the interaction, it collects, verifies, and validates information, and once the checks are completed, it finalises the registration of one or more users directly in Digit’Ed's systems.
HOW WE DID IT
Scalable architecture, generative AI, and secure integration
The solution was developed through a complete re-engineering of the existing application, aiming to ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability. It is based on a containerised architecture on AWS, managed through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and on a multi-agent orchestrator of generative AI that automates the registration process, guiding the user in the collection and validation of the necessary data until the operation is completed. Integration with Digit’Ed systems allows access to the database in read mode for checks, controls, and in write mode to finalise registrations. The system is designed with high standards of security and compliance, ensuring traceability and protection of interactions, and is accessible through an intuitive conversational interface integrated with existing platforms.

The solution developed by Storm Reply has made the enrollment process for training courses faster, more stable, and intuitive. Thanks to the use of natural language, conversational memory, and secure integration with internal systems, the user experience is now smoother, continuous, and easier to manage. The AI assistant also represents one of the evolutionary elements of OpenLearning©, the LMS of Digit’Ed, which integrates technology, AI, and user experience to make training simpler, more effective, and measurable.
