The market of Allnet Italia is constantly growing, with an increasing focus on accessory services with high added value to be provided to the B2B target market. One of the main requirements of Allnet Italia was to standardize all company processes in order to manage customer information and sales transactions, which were often replicated in different systems, through a single database. Integrated management with Oracle NetSuite
Oracle NetSuite is the all-in-one management solution that allowed Allnet Italia to manage the B2B e-commerce site, CRM, Marketing, warehouse and general accounting from a single cloud platform. With regards to the general accounting, the module NExIL (NetSuite Extended Italian Localization) was created by Air Reply and activated: the goal was to extend the standard features of NetSuite to meet the needs of the Italian taxation.
Out-of-the-box Business Intelligence directional dashboards were also available in Oracle NetSuite in both Desktop and Mobile mode, for a real-time view of sales-related KPIs through different analysis dimensions (channel, manufacturer, geographical area).
