Threepipe Reply has won the Drum Agency Business Award 2021 in the category of Best Growth Strategy. The Drum Awards for Marketing seek to reward brands and marketing teams globally that truly understand their customer by focusing on outcomes, not outputs and open to those who can prove their campaigns have had a measurable effect.
The award recognizes Threepipe Reply’s decision to strategically invest in two new ecommerce channels in order to expand their service offering and to further meet the needs of their clients. Threepipe Reply’s Amazon marketplace and Digital Shelf Optimisation team launched in early 2021 and were there for when brands needed them most as the pandemic struck and disrupted traditional retail channels.
Threepipe Reply invested into two new Ecommerce teams specialising in the high growth opportunities of Amazon and online grocery sites. The teams were supported by in house developed technology which gave the agency a real competitive edge versus the incumbent competition.
The award focused on the technology and people investments Threepipe Reply have made to open up the Amazon and online grocery marketplaces to their clients at a time when more traditional retail channels were disrupted.
The teams not only attracted clients across multiple consumer sectors but carried out the work across international markets including the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy and North America and generated outstanding growth rates.
