CNH's Industrial Village offers innovative and customised experiences for visitors thanks to Hi engage

The Industrial Village, CNH’s first industrial multi-purpose centre, selected Hi engage, Reply’s proximity and contextual marketing solution, to develop innovative and customisable visitor experiences to the Historical Gallery. Hi engage creates a new interactive environment via a smartphone app that enables social interaction, ensuring the visit to the Gallery is much more than a simple tour.

In fact, unlike most audio guides and dedicated applications, Hi engage enables your smartphone to receive the information associated with a historical CNH industrial vehicle when the visitor is in its proximity. The mobile application interacts with special emitters (beacons) which the smartphone recognises, making audio, video and a description of the vehicle available.

This tailor-made solution for the CNH Industrial Village is completely customised, from the graphics to the transmission devices. The application also allows the user to share their experience on the most common social networks and store content on their smartphone, allowing them to re-experience the Gallery anytime.

The "Industrial Village" smartphone application is available as a free download from any Apple Store and Google Play.
