HI Reply

The Internet of Things (IoT) is permeating our world deeper every day. It is in the consumer devices that help us stay well and in the medical devices that monitor our health regularly and remotely, in the sensors littering the urban environment that add a more intelligent dimension to city life, and in the miniaturised engineered devices that enable interesting new use cases.

HI Reply - Brochure (pdf)

The Reply Research and Development centre for the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Internet of Services (IoS) has created HI Reply - Simply Connected.

WITH HI REPLY PEOPLE, OBJECTS AND SERVICES COMMUNICATE VIA THE NETWORK

HI Reply, through the use of configurable modules supplies all the elements necessary for the creation of secure, scalable and flexible vertical solutions based on theinteraction and cooperation of connected objects. HI Reply offers a basis on which to develop new specific applications for vertical scenarios.

Loyalty & Cross Marketing

The link between brand and consumer is more digital than ever before. On one hand, the digitalisation of business in all sectors has made processes increasingly virtual; on the other, physical retail spaces are undergoing a transformation.

In-Store Engagement

New in-store models are an increasingly widespread example of how traditional shops are reinventing themselves to engage customers who are growing ever more accustomed to digital experiences. Interactive, intuitive, even futuristic places, with virtual-shopping screens and robotic store displays for customers to view objects in 3D simply by using their smartphone, are now a reality. The session uses practical examples to analyse how augmented reality, contextual marketing, and the new mobile applications can be integrated and used in a huge range of scenarios to inspire novel business models.

More and more customers are using their mobile devices to interact with products (showrooming, self-scanning, obtaining additional information), and the physical space in stores and the objects in it must necessarily adapt to this new user experience. To enhance loyalty mechanisms and boost business, it is becoming vital to personalise and contextualise information, promotions and cross-marketing opportunities.
