With RISE, sales staff in telecommunication companies can offer their business customers the optimal tariff combination based on concrete invoice data. RISE uses the comprehensive and complex information from telephone bills to quickly and easily create the appropriate offer. The web-based solution was developed by Live Reply and is available immediately.
With the help of RISE, sales staff can run automated and detailed analyses of business customer invoices. The system records and analyses the data from hundreds of pages of complex, itemised bills for phone calls, mobile numbers and data use. The evaluation considers information such as the number of connections/SIMs, duration and cost of calls, special conditions and additional invoice features.
