Syskoplan Reply, together with its customers Fincantieri, RAI and Revello, was recognised by SAP in three categories at the SAP Quality Awards 2019, the prestigious accolade given by the company every year to customers and partners that stood out for having implemented innovative projects based on SAP solutions.
“Business Transformation” category, the highest award was given to the project carried out in collaboration with RAI for the implementation of a S/4HANA Central Finance system, part of a wider Digital Transformation process of the Administration, Finance and Control areas. Thanks to the adoption of the new system and a lift & shift approach, it has been possible to benefit, in a very short time, from the innovations introduced in this area, without the need to initiate a long migration process of all its corporate functions. In particular, Finance & Controlling users can now analyse company data, in real time as well as in self-service mode - relying on an innovative WEB user interface based on the FIORI standard - as well as managing more complex processes such as economic planning, all through a single integrated platform.
“Innovation” category, the Silver award went to the project completed in collaboration with Fincantieri, thanks to which shipyard supervisors can rely on an innovative “mobile digital app” designed to monitor and obtain an update on the progress of changes with respect to the original drawings, including on board a ship.Syskoplan Reply partnered with Fincantieri across all stages of the project, both in the development of the application and in the integration of the SAP Cloud Platform within the Fincantieri application landscape. The project has a great strategic value as it offer highly innovative and scalable solutions a competitive advantage to the group, today and in the future.
The collaboration between Syskoplan Reply and Revello made it possible to win the Silver award in the
“Fast Delivery” category. The Cloud-based Customer Experience solution was designed and built with the aim of create an advanced CRM system and provide the sales force with useful insights and suggestions to manage personalised offers and support to all customers. The adoption of the agile methodology and the selection of the SAP C / 4HANA product also made possible to complete all the project phases in a timeframe of just 10-15 weeks.
