Blue Reply has implemented as a commerce solutions, a technological and methodological framework that allows the optimisation of the level of control in terms of technical and business performance. In particular, Dynatrace was used for the Application Performance
Monitoring and IBM Watson Conversation in order to create a supporting digital agent.
The two technologies were integrated and evolved with specific implementations that increased completeness by providing: a dashboard with a portfolio of KPI business oriented (as well as technical) and a digital agent (Chatbot) that allows the user to interact on a new channel and with a new User Experience.
The demo will be developed specifically for Netcomm and will only be a prototype. The company intends to represent, as a use case, a negative performance of ecommerce in terms of sales in order to show how the dashboard works. The user can ask in the natural language (verbally or in writing) to the chatbot the cause of the degradation; the system will show the problem in dashboard.
