Reply is launching Ticuro Reply, an innovative telemedicine solution based on IoT. Ticuro Reply networks medical devices, wearables and environmental sensors for patients and users interested in their health - everywhere and at all times. Ticuro Reply supports people with different needs depending on their personal health situation, from wellness to prevention, diagnostics and therapy to aftercare. The constant monitoring of health data and behaviour allows better prevention and more proactivity during treatment.

For patients and people focused on their health: Ticuro Reply helps patients being treated at home without changing their way of life. The use of networked medical devices facilitates constant monitoring of vital signs for prevention as well as for medical treatment. The devices record patient data and send it to Ticuro Reply, where it is encrypted and securely transferred to medical professionals. Users’ homes can be equipped with environmental sensors, so that their activity can be monitored, and the operations centre or relatives can be notified in the case of potentially dangerous situations, such as falls. If necessary, Ticuro Reply provides patients with daily alarms, warning them if they have forgotten or incorrectly taken medication, reminding them of appointments and reporting changes in activity of older patients.
For public health: Ticuro Reply can also be used in the public health care system as the number of chronic illnesses continually increases. Affected patients who suffer from diabetes or heart deficiencies, for example, can follow a plan of treatment and supervision through the telemonitoring of their vital signs and without having to physically consult a physician. As a result, diabetes journals can be created in order to recognise deviations early and counteract them, for example. Patient consultations with a physician can take place by videoconference and iOS and Android apps.
For hospitals: Ticuro Reply offers the advantage of early and accompanied discharge. With the help of home monitoring kits and personalised treatment plans, patients can be discharged home. Their health condition continues to be monitored and the length of immobile treatment can be reduced.
