Fideuram, an Intesa Sanpaolo Group company with over 5,000 Private Bankers and 640,000 customers in Italy, in the digital transformation of the services offered to its financial consultants operating throughout Italy.
The last phase of the project focused on the digitisation of the “On Boarding” service for opening current accounts.
The solution developed, based on careful requirement gathering and consulting activities, simplifies the on-boarding process for new customers.
Financial advisors throughout the territory are now able to interact more effectively with new customers, without the weight and the cumbersome compilation of paper documentation: information is shared easily and naturally on an iPad device and even the data collection for the formalisation phases is now faster and more intuitive.
All data is instantly sent to Fideuram, in a safe and confidential manner. The end-to-end process associated with handling new applications can be closed quickly, without the need to handle paper, as well as reducing the likelihood of human error, which in the past was possible during the necessary transcription stages.
The most immediate and easily quantifiable benefit to Fideuram is the significant reduction in management time when opening an account for new customers.
Open Reply was selected for the On Boarding project based on the long collaboration with Fideuram over the years and the company’s extensive expertise in the design and development of mobile applications for iOS devices. Partnering with a company with extensive knowledge of the Apple platform allowed Fideuram to arrive at an effective and innovative solution focused on faster processes relating to data acquisition, the opening of new current accounts and the surveying of potential new customers.
