Digital transformation, customer centricity and the development of new IT and business architectures - these are the core topics of this year's EVU Process and IT Tage, which will take place in Berlin from 02-04 May 2022.
It is particularly important for companies to position themselves flexibly, sustainably and efficiently for the future. Within the Reply Group, Power Reply is the specialised partner of the energy industry for consulting and development around digital and customer-centric processes. Power Reply supports the digital customer experience of its customers through the implementation of intelligent processes, the use of smart technologies such as SAP cloud solutions and more power for the customer journey through the use of process automation and robotics.
In the presentation "Focus on the Customer: Greater Customer Orientation with SAP Customer Experience Solutions", Claudia Ohnezorg, Team Leader Online Marketing at Stadtwerke Bielefeld and Paul Philipp Bodenbenner, Partner at Power Reply will explore the question: Who are actually our customers? Because this question was at the beginning of the project "Introduction of a group-wide CRM" in the Stadtwerke Bielefeld Group. It became clear that the customers were of course known within each company of the Stadtwerke Bielefeld Group, but across companies? The aim of this project was to create a 360-degree view of the customer across four companies in the fields of energy, public transport, telecommunications and public baths. A central aspect of this was the collection of opt-ins. For this reason, Stadtwerke Bielefeld implemented not only the SAP C/4HANA Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud, but also the Customer Data Cloud with the aim of fully exploiting cross-selling and upselling potential.
