This year, Reply is once again a partner of Italian Tech Week, taking place from September 25 to 27 at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin. The event will gather leading figures from the global tech scene to share cutting-edge trends and experiences.

Our booth: between copilot and affective computing
At the Reply stand in the Tech Expo area of the OGR, it will be possible to test our Copilot AI-Scape Room, developed in collaboration with Microsoft: a gaming experience that highlights the potential of Microsoft 365 Copilot. In addition, it will be possible to experiment with how Affective Computing systems allow us to recognise feelings during a conversation (for example anger, disgust, fear, joy, sadness and surprise) and, applied to humanoid robots and Digital Humans, allow them to understand and respond to the emotions of the interlocutor in a more engaging and natural way.

The Copilot AI-Scape Room, developed in collaboration with Microsoft, is Reply's gamified demo-experience that highlights the way in which Microsoft 365 Copilot has used artificial intelligence to improve productivity, creativity and collaboration in the professional world. Created to strengthen teamwork and improve communication, the demo-experience invites participants to actively collaborate to solve a series of puzzles and challenges with the help of Copilot's AI-guided insights.

Reply introduced Futura, a 3D digital human capable of providing tailor-made tourist information and advice for excursions. Leveraging NVIDIA ACE for dynamic facial animation and lip sync, Futura provides personalized recommendations and information to passengers, encouraging a more engaging interaction.

Ameca is an extremely advanced humanoid robot. Thanks to Affective Computing, it offers an extremely realistic experience, reacting to changes in expression, changes in tone of voice and changes in language during interaction.
Italian Tech Week: Area42 Tour
As a part of the Italian Tech Week's side events program, Reply is opening the doors of Area42, its state-of-the-art research and technology development lab.
On the mornings of September 26 and 27, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM, participants will have the chance to explore cutting-edge technologies across various sectors—including robotics, artificial intelligence, industrial automation, and smart mobility—through interactive demos and expert insights from Reply professionals.
