Recruitment Fraud Alert

At Reply, we are committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and safe recruitment process. Unfortunately, fraudulent job offers and recruitment scams are becoming increasingly common. These scams often use the name and the trademark of well-known companies or the name of people working for these companies to mislead job seekers, promising employment opportunities in exchange for personal information or upfront payments.

Please be aware of the following:

  • Reply never requests any payment (for training, equipment, visa processing, task activities or any other reason) at any stage of the recruitment process.

  • All official communication from Reply will come from an email address ending with @reply.com, @reply.it, @reply.de (or other official country domains).

  • We will never ask candidates to share sensitive personal or financial information outside of our secure recruitment channels (including official email addresses).

  • Reply does not have any Anniversary bonus program or the like.

  • If you receive unsolicited job offers, suspicious emails, or requests for payment claiming to be from Reply, these are fraudulent and should be ignored.

If you suspect you have been targeted by a recruitment scam, we recommend that you:

  1. Do not respond or share any personal information.

  2. Do not send any money.

  3. Report the incident to your local authorities.

  4. Contact us directly at reportfraud@reply.com to verify the authenticity of any communication.

Your security and trust are our priority. Thank you for helping us combat recruitment fraud.
