The vision
Smarter cloud decisions – at the push of a button
From vehicle simulations to production processes and autonomous driving – cloud technologies drive innovation. Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team supports all cloud systems across the company run securely and efficiently. But as the number of cloud applications grew, so did the possible volume of support requests – resulting in the potential risk of slower response times in an environment where speed and precision are key.
Today, Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team has a powerful new teammate. Instead of digging through documentation or navigating complex ticket systems, employees now simply chat with “devbot”. This AI-powered assistant delivers clear, real-time information and tailored recommendations in seconds – making cloud operations more secure, transparent, and user-friendly.
Devbot isn’t just a chatbot. It’s a sophisticated multi-agent system that brings together specialized digital agents to tackle specific cloud-related tasks:
To bring this multi-agent vision to life ready, Storm Reply leveraged cutting-edge AWS technologies to build devbot’s core capabilities:
With devbot now fully integrated and ready for deployment, Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team can focus on future-ready cloud strategies. The result? Greater efficiency, stronger innovation, and a leap forward in intelligent cloud management.
This project not only strengthens Audi’s competitive edge – it also showcases the transformative potential of Agentic AI. Reflecting on the collaboration, Audi and Storm Reply have successfully advanced devbot and explored various use cases within the Cloud Foundation Services team.
