FAQs

What is the Reply Ambassador programme?

It’s a way for Reply to connect university students with the business world. Students who become Ambassadors get to know Reply in-depth and represent the Reply Group to their fellow students.

I’m a student. What’s in it for me?

In return for your time and energy to create both online and in-person activities on campus, you’ll:

- become part of a young community of the best students from top European universities.
- access Reply’s knowledge-sharing programme, to enhance your already outstanding abilities.
- have priority access for applying for jobs in Reply at the end of your studies.
- have access to Reply’s exclusive events, such as Xmas Parties and Reply Xchanges.
- receive gadgets and giveaways.
- earn points and get rewards in money or perks.

How do I prove my value?

There are a lot of ways – from small digital project proposals you develop in your spare time, to any regular or occasional activity that showcases Reply to young people. There will be plenty of opportunities to show what you can do. You just need to grab them.

Will I be paid for this?

Ambassadors will earn points by fulfilling special tasks. Twice a year, you will be rewarded according to your points balance and your country regulations.

What happens if I can’t do everything you ask me to do?

Nothing! We understand university life can be very busy, so we’re flexible. Also the programme is designed in a way that means the more you do, the more points you earn.

How much time should I invest each week?

It’s better to be consistent than sporadic, so it’s up to you to decide how much time you can (and want) to give. In our experience, the more time you dedicate, the more opportunity there is for personal and professional growth.

Who can take part?

Any university students can apply to be an Ambassador. A team of Replyers will evaluate your admission into the programme based on the relevance of your area of study, your CV, your application letter, and any interviews.

When do I stop being a Reply Ambassador?

The programme ends when you graduate, when you find a job or an internship outside Reply, or if you change any condition relevant for the programme.

Is the Ambassador programme part of Reply’s internship programme?

No, this is not an internship position, but a unique opportunity to connect with a global digital consulting company and develop your skills. By being an Ambassador, you will find out about internships and job opportunities before all your friends and peers, outside the programme. If you’re immediately interested in an internship in Reply, please send an email with your CV to jobs@reply.com.
