The establishment of criteria defining a correct cost valorisation allows the system to promptly detect potential costing anomalies and highlight them on a dedicated monitor. This enables the user to view the anomalies and take direct action to resolve them.
Manual services, such as specific occasional added-value services - not manageable through WMS - can be registered directly into the system in order to have total coverage of cost features.
For full control and maximum accuracy, costs can be corrected and/or validated before closure.
After closing a given period, you can still manage any entries of positive/negative cost records until the definite closure of said period.
