Logistics Reply’s Michelle Jones Named 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award Honoree in Trailblazers Category

CHICAGO – (August 18, 2026) — Logistics Reply, a Reply Group company specializing in innovative solutions for supply chain execution and warehouse management, announced today that Michelle Jones, Director of Presales and Solutions Consulting, has been named a 2026 Women in Supply Chain Award recipient by Food Logistics and Supply & Demand Chain Executive. Jones is honored in the Trailblazers category, which recognizes female leaders with more than 10 years of documented experience in supply chain and logistics who are paving the way for the next generation of women in the industry.

With more than 26 years of experience spanning warehouse operations, industrial engineering, warehouse management systems (WMS), and supply chain execution, Jones has built a career helping organizations improve operational performance through process optimization, technology enablement, and strategic transformation. In her current role at Logistics Reply, she works closely with organizations across North America to assess warehouse operations, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop scalable strategies that align operational goals with technology investments.

Jones’ career has taken her through leadership positions across manufacturing, retail distribution, consulting, and supply chain technology. After earning a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, she became the first woman to serve in multiple operational leadership roles early in her career, including industrial engineer, production supervisor, and factory manager. She later led industrial engineering, warehouse management, labor management, and distribution center optimization initiatives for organizations including J.Crew, Advance Auto Parts, and Tractor Supply Company before transitioning into consulting and supply chain technology leadership.

At Logistics Reply, Jones has played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s presence in North America by supporting go-to-market initiatives, developing educational thought leadership focused on warehouse optimization and digital modernization, and creating customer tools such as ROI calculators and RFP frameworks that help organizations evaluate and quantify the business value of warehouse management system implementations. She also works directly with prospective customers to reduce operational risk by identifying process gaps, improving warehouse efficiency, and developing sustainable transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Throughout her career, Jones has combined technical expertise with a people-first leadership philosophy. She earned her Six Sigma Black Belt while leading a process improvement initiative that generated more than $1 million in savings by replacing paper-based workflows with an innovative QR code system. Equally important, she has consistently invested in mentoring future leaders, empowering frontline employees through continuous improvement initiatives, and helping create pathways for more women to succeed in traditionally male-dominated operational roles.

“Michelle exemplifies what it means to be a Trailblazer in today’s supply chain industry,” said Todd Kolber, Managing Director and Partner at Logistics Reply. “Her ability to combine decades of operational experience with strategic thinking, customer advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to developing others has made a meaningful impact on both our customers and our organization. We are incredibly proud to see her receive this well-deserved recognition.”

Jones’ approach to leadership centers on helping organizations build stronger operations by focusing equally on people, processes, and technology. She believes lasting transformation comes from empowering employees closest to the operation while creating scalable systems that support long-term business success.

“I'm honored to be recognized alongside so many accomplished women who are helping shape the future of supply chain,” said Jones. “Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work with incredible mentors, colleagues, and customers who have challenged me to grow. This recognition reflects not only my journey, but the collaborative teams and organizations that have made it possible.”
