LEA Dynamic Intelligence: AI that evolves with your operations

LEA Dynamic Intelligence (formerly GaliLEA) is an agentic AI platform that helps teams move faster and make better-informed decisions, scaling from AI recommendations to governed execution, and where appropriate, autonomous operations, within guardrails, as your needs and confidence grow.

Market‑shaped. Operation‑ready. Built for what's next.

One platform. A clear path for your AI adoption.

A successful warehouse operation doesn't automate everything. It knows what to delegate, what to orchestrate, and what must remain human‑governed.

Every organization starts from a different point and evolves at its own pace.

The question isn’t  “How autonomous can we be?” but  “What do we need now, under what authority and in which circumstances?”

LEA AI MODEL

Introducing...

the LEA AI Agent Authority Model

Find your starting point. Use the model to decide where to begin, what to govern first, and how to expand authority responsibly.

Diagram showing Logistics Reply's AI Agent Authority Model: a 5x4 grid plotting AI agents by authority level (Assist to Autonomous) and organizational maturity (Early Adoption to Mature), with a governance/oversight bar beneath.

Capability creates the possibility. Maturity sets the boundary. Context sets the authority. Evidence informs calibration.

In a single, practical framework, the model brings together two topics often discussed separately: organizational AI maturity and agent authority, helping companies determine what AI should do, where, when, and under what guardrails.

Built on 30+ years of execution software, data intelligence, and risk governance expertise, it helps you:

  1. Identify the right pre-built agents for your maturity stage (read down the side as governance, experience, evidence and trust grow)

  2. Define the governed authority envelope you can safely manage (set the guardrails that limit what agents can do)

  3. Assign the right authority per operational decision (read across the top from Inform and Recommend, through Act, to Coordinate and Governed Autonomy)

  4. Build new agents with the agent builder, aligned to the same model and guardrails

Like people in an operation, AI should not be given the same responsibility everywhere. A mature organization may use Inform in one process, Act in another, and Governed Autonomy in a third, because the right authority depends on the use case, risk, and operational context, not on a linear path to maximum autonomy.

The right authority - not maximum autonomy

Still not sure what to delegate, what to orchestrate, and what should stay in human hands? We work with you to assess your maturity and priority use cases, then select the right agents and calibrate the appropriate authority.

What we do differently

Most AI solutions tell you what's possible, LEA Dynamic Intelligence tells you what's right for your business today, and what comes next. Our AI Agent Authority Model maps agent capabilities to your organizational maturity, operational context, and risk appetite, so you invest in the right level of automation at the right time, with a clear path to scale.

Generic AI doesn't understand your warehouse. LEA Dynamic Intelligence is natively embedded in LEA Reply, meaning every agent is engineered around real execution pressures: shifting priorities, tight SLAs, labour variability, and peak-season volatility. The result? Faster decisions where they matter most.

Your AI strategy shouldn't depend on a single vendor. LEA Dynamic Intelligence is model-agnostic by design, integrating seamlessly with your existing AI providers, governance policies, and hyperscaler partnerships. You stay in control of your technology stack while gaining supply chain-specific intelligence on top.

Every agent is shaped by real operational challenges — not lab experiments. Customers already see measurable results: lower costs, higher throughput, consistent performance across shifts, and reduced dependency on individual expertise. This is AI that delivers real operational value.
