‘Fabbrica Futuro’ (or ‘Future Factory’) is a social platform that facilitates informal conversations about a range of topics via a simple and intuitive interface, across all of the Reale Group’s constituent companies, both within Italy and abroad.
The objectives for the group’s strategic projects, which are currently underway, are ambitious, and include enhancing customer service levels and making management processes more efficient while anticipating the next moves of competitors in an increasingly tough market. Fabbrica Futuro, the platform developed in line with the values of the new brand, involves employees in an innovative and more socially oriented way, to make them part of one of the most radical and far-reaching phases of the group’s evolution.
Fabbrica Futuro is a genuine corporate social network that has been created in cooperation with TamTamy Reply, the Reply group company that specialises in designing and developing commmunities. TamTamy Reply has supported the Reale Group through every stage of the project, including the design of the functionalities, the integration of its own social networking platform delivered as a cloud-based service, and the devising and implementation of an internal launch campaign designed to arouse employees’ interest and engagement.
Within the Fabbrica Futuro platform, Reale Group employees can freely share multimedia content, post their own contributions or comments on initiatives, respond to surveys, and create communities in which documents can be exchanged on specific areas of work. In addition, every user has a personal page on which they can share a wide range of information and updates, including their continually developing professional skill sets. As a social network, this represents a more effective way of creating connections based on professional and working relationships.
